Simple Healthy / Better Living Ideas (see notes and comments also)

Some Healthy Living Ideas. Try them and see. There is probably alot more to place in this video, but this covers alot that I can think of right now I’m not a doctor, however we are all patients and products of food. Perhaps some of this material is already second nature to you. Leave a comment, what else could have been in the video, that most people can do to stay or get healthy? I’m giving anyone permission to write all the text down that you see in the video to have available for reference. Most of this is common knowledge or simple ideas after you have viewed them, yet I’ve put them into an expedient form. I mentioned reducing salts, sugars and fats. Still, you do actually need some salt, sugars, and fats, for health/mind reasons….you cant compeletely eliminate them from your diet. If you were to eliminate any one of those 3 things, it would probably be the sugars for most people. I mentioned avoiding perfumes, fragranced soaps and long exposure to fumes from dish liquids since they often contain chemicals that can put some toxins through your skin or lungs into you. Try all natural perfumes/scents and products if you must. Also avoid breathing all types of powders such as foot powder, baby powder, and cat litter/clay dust….these will eventually damage your lungs.
